By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Separate signed agreements control any ERSA client, partner, contractor, employment, investment, confidentiality, or other formal relationship and prevail over these website terms to the extent of a conflict.

2. Informational purpose only

The website provides general information about ERSA, its operating philosophy, capabilities, leadership, and selected development activities. It is not engineering, legal, tax, investment, safety, employment, procurement, or other professional advice for a specific condition.

3. No offer, commitment, or relationship

Website content does not constitute a binding offer, proposal, guarantee, solicitation, representation of availability, or commitment to perform services or complete a transaction. Accessing the website or sending an inquiry does not create a client, consultant, fiduciary, partnership, joint-venture, agency, employment, investor, or other formal relationship. To the extent permitted by applicable law, these website terms and disputes arising solely from use of the public website will be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, and brought in an appropriate state or federal court with jurisdiction in Wyoming. A separate signed agreement may establish different governing law, venue, or dispute procedures for the relationship it governs.

12. Changes and severability

ERSA may update these terms by posting a revised version and “last updated” date. If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to the extent permitted by law.
