Jeff Stephenson
Jeff sets ERSA’s direction and is responsible for translating that direction into an operating institution. Over more than three decades, he has led complex industrial projects and organizations across the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia—often where execution, commercial exposure, public interest, and stakeholder trust must be managed together.
His experience extends beyond project delivery. He has built, managed, and sold companies; was elected by regional businesses to represent their collective interests in an international sustainability initiative; served on a government advisory task force focused on construction sustainability; helped establish green-building organizations; and contributed to the development of regional green-building standards.
At ERSA, Jeff leads enterprise direction, operations, strategy, execution philosophy, and strategic development. He is responsible for defining where ERSA should go, which opportunities merit commitment, how partnerships should be structured, and how new capabilities are developed without allowing ambition to outrun evidence, governance, or execution readiness.
