Where an industrial need warrants technical development, ERSA may sponsor a controlled program. Progression is earned through engineering and validation—not declared through promotion.
Define the industrial problem, the consequence of leaving it unresolved, and the boundary of the proposed response.
Test whether the concept is supported by physics, mathematics, thermodynamics, and the realities of the operating environment.
Translate the thesis into architecture, calculations, failure analysis, controls, safety requirements, and explicit design decisions.
Define prototypes, measurements, acceptance criteria, test conditions, and the evidence required to support each next step.
Advance only when maturity, ownership, intellectual property, risk, capital, partnerships, and decision rights are controlled.
