Professionals & consulting LLCs

Bring proven judgment to work that matters.

ERSA develops trusted working relationships with experienced industrial professionals and consulting LLCs whose judgment, conduct, and capability can strengthen consequential projects.

The relationship

ERSA is building delivery capability—not a candidate inventory.

This is not a job board, staffing-agency registration, résumé bank, or promise of placement. ERSA builds direct relationships with people and LLCs it may engage when a real need and mutual fit exist.

What ERSA is building

  • A trusted network of experienced industrial leaders and specialists
  • Working relationships grounded in candor, accountability, and delivery
  • Capability that can support projects, transitions, programs, and partnerships
  • A clear view of availability, preferences, readiness, and development interests
  • Continuity that remains useful beyond a single assignment

What an introduction does not create

  • Employment, appointment, or authority to represent ERSA
  • A guarantee of work, placement, hours, duration, or continuing assignments
  • An obligation to accept an opportunity
  • Permission to begin work or contact an ERSA client on ERSA’s behalf
  • A reason to send sensitive personal, tax, banking, or client information publicly

Capability ERSA values

Experience should translate into control, decisions, and outcomes.

ERSA’s needs will change with its projects and programs. The common requirement is demonstrated ability to carry real responsibility in complex industrial environments.

How to begin

Invitation and self-directed interest enter the same controlled path.

ERSA may contact someone directly, or a professional may introduce themselves through this page. Neither path is favored after mutual interest is established.

01 / Direct invitation

ERSA begins the conversation.

An ERSA leader may contact someone whose experience appears relevant to current or future work. The invitation starts a discussion; it is not an assignment or offer.

02 / Self-directed introduction

You begin the conversation.

Use the direct-email pathway below to provide a concise capability introduction. The website does not collect, upload, process, or store your information.

Both routesMutual-interest discussion → private verification → readiness when needed

Direct capability introduction

Start from your own email system.

The button opens a prepared message in your email application. The public website does not receive, process, or store the message or an attachment.

Controlled ERSA mailboxcontact@ersallc.com

A useful opening message addresses the following six points.

01Identity

Your name, organization or LLC, primary location, and preferred contact details.

02Capability

The responsibilities you have carried and the industrial conditions in which you have worked.

03Contribution

The kinds of problems, project stages, or leadership obligations you are best equipped to support.

04Preferences

Roles, project types, regions, travel patterns, or conditions you prefer or need to avoid.

05Availability

Your broad timing and whether you are considering near-term, future, or advisory involvement.

06Connection

How you learned about ERSA and any existing relationship with its leaders, clients, or allies.

Contacting ERSA does not create employment, a consulting engagement, confidentiality, authority, or a guarantee of work. Do not send classified, export-controlled, privileged, regulated, or highly sensitive information. See the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

What happens next

A conversation becomes a working relationship only through deliberate steps.

ERSA asks only for the information needed at the current stage. Sensitive or restricted information moves through the private pathway when—and only when—it is required.

01

Introduction

Share concise capability, preference, location, and availability context.

Public email · limited information
02

Mutual Fit

Discuss experience, ERSA’s model, possible needs, boundaries, and expectations.

Dialogue · no automatic commitment
03

Private Profile

If both parties wish to continue, ERSA provides authenticated access for profile and availability information.

Controlled workspace · individual access
04

Readiness

Complete the applicable LLC, insurance, agreement, payment, digital, and project requirements.

Need-based information · restricted data
05

Specific Work

Review and accept the actual Work Terms before ERSA authorizes the assignment.

Choice · terms · instruction

When active work begins

Commercial discipline should be clear before mobilization.

Each engagement is governed by the applicable written agreement and Work Terms. Consultants submit required time and expense information weekly. ERSA’s standard payment cycle begins on the Friday of week three and continues every two weeks, without making payment depend on ERSA first receiving client approval or payment.

01One continuing master relationship

Project-specific Work Terms define the actual opportunity without recreating the entire agreement.

02Choice before acceptance

Availability and assignment preferences matter; a specific opportunity may be declined before acceptance.

03No work before ready

Commercial terms, responsibilities, access, and project requirements must be complete before work begins.

04Protected information

Tax and banking details stay out of the public website and general consultant workspace.

A useful first step

Tell ERSA what experience you can responsibly bring.

Keep the first message concise and non-sensitive. If mutual interest exists, ERSA will open the appropriate private path.
